Professor at the Department of Theatre, Film and Television Studies, Aberystwyth University, (Wales, UK), Director of the Mercator Institute for Media, Languages and Culture and of the newly created Centre for Cultural Translation. She has presented papers at international conferences and chaired several committees of international conferences. She lives in Aberystwyth.
